JobNextt – Terms of Use
A. Nature of the Platform
1. JobNextt is a controlled-access information and communication platform. It is not publicly accessible, and users cannot publish or upload job vacancies, CVs, or any other content independently.
2. All job information, CV uploads, and related materials are submitted through JobNextt’s internal service team, which processes and prepares content before publication.
3. JobNextt does not operate as a recruitment, employment, placement, manpower supply, labor referral, or dispatching service in any jurisdiction.
B. Use of Services
1. JobNextt may assist users in preparing, formatting, or updating CVs, profiles, and general application information.
2. JobNextt does not guarantee that any CV, profile, or information processed through its service will receive responses, opportunities, or outcomes.
3. JobNextt does not verify or guarantee the legitimacy, credibility, accuracy, or intentions of employers, organizations, agencies, or individuals whose information appears on the platform.
C. Content Handling
1. Users authorize JobNextt to review, edit, format, and curate any CV, profile, or document submitted for the purpose of platform compatibility and quality control.
2. JobNextt reserves the right to decline, remove, or modify any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with platform standards or legal requirements.
3. All content uploaded to the platform is managed solely by JobNextt and cannot be independently modified or removed by users.
D. Limitation of Liability
1. JobNextt shall not be liable for data loss, delays, technical failures, or platform inaccessibility caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including system malfunctions, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
2. Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication, invitation, or information they receive from third parties.
3. JobNextt assumes no responsibility for incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by users, employers, agencies, or external contributors.
E. Important Notices
Controlled Posting Policy
1. JobNextt does not allow jobseekers, employers, or agencies to independently publish or manage postings. All job listings originate from authorized partners and are manually reviewed and published by JobNextt.
2. JobNextt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job information provided by external parties.
3. Any financial arrangements, fees, or obligations between jobseekers and third-party licensed agencies are strictly independent of JobNextt.
F. Taiwan-Specific Disclaimer (R.O.C.)
1. JobNextt does not conduct worker recruitment, mediation, introduction, matching, placement, or labor service referral in Taiwan.
2. JobNextt does not operate as an “employment service agency” (就業服務機構) and does not engage in activities requiring permits under the Taiwan Employment Service Act.
3. JobNextt solely processes information provided by legally authorized partners outside Taiwan.
4. Users in Taiwan must independently verify any job-related information before entering agreements or sharing personal details.
G. Hong Kong-Specific Disclaimer (HKSAR)
1. JobNextt is not an “employment agency” under the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) or Employment Agency Regulations (Cap. 57A).
2. JobNextt does not provide job placement, referral, matching, mediation, or any service requiring an Employment Agency Licence in Hong Kong.
3. All employment-related services involving Hong Kong are carried out by licensed entities separate from JobNextt.
4. JobNextt only publishes information provided through verified, authorized partners and does not participate in employment introduction activities.
H. General Disclaimer
1. JobNextt does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or accuracy of any information appearing on the platform.
2. JobNextt bears no responsibility for misinformation, fraud, or inaccuracies provided by any party.
3. Any data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse of information by external parties beyond JobNextt’s reasonable control are not the responsibility of the platform.
