1. JobNextt (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of personal data processed through our controlled-access platform.

2. This Privacy Policy explains how JobNextt collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information submitted by jobseekers, employers, agencies, and service partners.

A. Nature of the Platform

1. JobNextt is not a public posting platform. All information, including CVs, job descriptions, and related materials, is submitted through JobNextt’s internal service team.

2. Users cannot independently upload, modify, or publish content.

B. Information We Collect

1. We may collect the following categories of information:

a. From Jobseekers

i. Name, gender, date of birth

ii. Contact details (email, phone number, address)

iii. CVs, professional history, education

iv. Skills, certifications, and supporting documents

v. Travel documents (e.g., passport) provided voluntarily

 

b. From Employers / Agencies

i. Company name, contact person

ii. Business license (if required)

iii. Job descriptions and requirements

iv. Contact information

 

c. Automatically Collected Information

i. Browser type, device type

ii. IP address

iii. Usage logs, access timestamps

iv. JobNextt does not collect sensitive medical data, racial/ethnic origin, political information, religious beliefs, or biometric identifiers.

 

C. How We Use Personal Information

3. Publishing job information supplied by verified partners

4. Facilitating controlled communication between jobseekers and authorized partners

5. Internal quality control and compliance requirements

6. Platform improvement and security monitoring

7. We do not conduct recruitment, placement, labor referral, or any activity requiring licensing under Taiwan’s Employment Service Act or Hong Kong’s Employment Agency Regulations.

 

D. Data Sharing

2. Data is stored in secure servers located in jurisdictions compliant with modern data-protection standards.

1. JobNextt is not an “employment agency” under Cap.57 or Cap.57A and does not engage in:

c. Candidate matching or selection

2. All data processing is administrative in nature and conducted on behalf of users and partners.
